Bella
Bella is a 5 year old (DOB: 3/26/01) spayed female Am. Cocker Spaniel. She is healthy, up to date on her shots and in generally good health. She came to MCSR in early December and has since been living in one of our foster homes. She was recently seen by our vet and had her teeth cleaned and a small (non-malignant) lump removed from her side.
Bella is a
very timid little girl. In her previous home there was a small child
and Bella could not handle the "unpredictability" of the baby
so her family thought it would be best to find Bella a new home without
children. Bella is completely housetrained, almost never has an accident.
According to her previous family she needs to be crated when she is
in the car. She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home
and her foster "Mom" says that once she gets to know someone
she is very sweet and loving. She seems to prefer women over men. Bella
is going to need a special home with a family that has lots of time
and patience and can help Bella through some of her fears. Absolutely
no children under the age of 14.
